⏱ Time: Prep 2 min | Steep 10 hr | Simmer 10 min

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4–5 whole cloves

  • 1L (4 cups) water
    Optional: cinnamon stick, lemon slice, 1 tsp honey

🥣 How to Make:
Cold Steep: Soak cloves in water, refrigerate 8–12 hrs, strain, serve.
Warm Simmer: Boil cloves in water 10 min, strain, serve warm or cold.

📝 Notes:

  • Best within 2 days

  • Flavor deepens overnight

  • Start small if pregnant/on meds
